Section 54. Term of office of members of first State Bar Councils
Notwithstanding this Act, the term of office of the elected members of a State Bar Council constituted for the first time is two years from the date of its first meeting.
Proviso: Such members continue to hold office until the State Bar Council is reconstituted under this Act.
