Section 58AC. Special provisions with respect to certain persons enrolled by Uttar Pradesh State Bar Council
Notwithstanding anything in this Act or any judgment/order, every person enrolled as an advocate by the Allahabad High Court between 2 January 1962 and 25 May 1962, and subsequently admitted on the Uttar Pradesh State roll, is deemed validly admitted from the date of the High Court’s enrolment and entitled to practise law.
