Section 13D. National registry
The Central Government shall maintain a national registry of the donors and recipients of human organs and tissues and such registry shall have such information as may be prescribed to an ongoing evaluation of the scientific and clinical status of human organs and tissue.
Note: This section was inserted by the 2011 Amendment Act (Act 16 of 2011), with effect from 10 January 2014. This is the end of Chapter IV (Appropriate Authority). Chapter V (Registration of Hospitals) follows with Section 14.
